A DRONE ENDANGERED AN AIRPORT
Vaclav Havel Airport in Prague faces another “drone” problem. On Sunday afternoon, one of these remote-controlled machines had disrupted airport traffic – and it was very dangerous. It put lives of about 150 passengers of Airbus from Copenhagen at risk. Flight dispatching has transferred traffic for about half an hour to a backup runway. The drone didn’t endanger landing of the airplane. Before restoring normal operation, a helicopter has inspected the airspace. The incident is being investigated by the police as well.
