JETSTAR INCREASES LUGGAGE CHARGES


Australian low-cost airline Jetstar increases luggage charges on domestic flights. If you arrive at an airport check-in with your luggage without letting the airlines know in advance, you will pay 60 dollars instead of the original 50.

And if your luggage weighs more than 15 kilograms, you will pay additional 15 dollars for each extra kilogram. This move from Jetstar isn’t surprising considering it’s a low cost airline. A large part of its profits flows from extra charges added to ticket price.
