THE LARGEST RECRUITMENT IN EASYJET HISTORY
EasyJet is preparing for brexit – they are opening their branch office in Vienna. And that of course means the need for new staff. And the recruiting is the largest in the 21-year history of airlines. In total, they want to hire 1,200 new employees among boarding staff. In total, the number of EasyJet onboard staff will grow to 8,100.
“The cabin crew position is a highly desired position. Our team is extremely professional, energetic and with a great sense of humor. We look forward to other people that will join our team.” said Tina Milton, EasyJet personnel manager.
Previously, airlines have announced that they want to hire 450 new pilots, and have improved current conditions for their first officers to become captains. At this moment, the airline operates 270 aircraft on more than 880 routes in 31 countries.
